There are two that I know of:

which offers 100 free sms per month

and

which offers only 20 free sms in a lifetime :D I mean you only have 20.. once they're used thats it.. unless you change your number..(but you need tp put in the correct number so you can activate your account)

I cant send sms to oman! only oman i mean we can send it to all the gulf countries but not oman!! and all the globe but not oman!

I tried yesterday with omantel website! but for god ssake tell me what kind of a website is that!!!!! We tried and tried to find a place that i can get an omantel user name and passward so that i can send! i couldnt find any...and when i sent a letter to the admin i recieved an email awena the admin cant response awena it doesnt work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 i sent an email to the supporter and they wrote thanx madri waish and then the answer will be within 24 hours from now and only saturday and wednesdays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! So i had no where to go but complaining in the guestboook :D

you should already have an Omantel internet account to be able to use this...

and its used....by using the omantel email password.

by choosing the Send SmS - link... you just need to enter your omantel account username and the omantel email password. thats about it. :) ....

hmm...i dont wanna ask for your account details to try it for you...but if you want...i dont mind doing that...:wink: hehehe :D

am abroad dede! how can i have an omantel account pin number! unless i should ask my father to give me his pin!!!!!!

alright... after going to Omantel website: www.omantel.net.om

look at the left and at the bottom of the list of links you'll fine "send SmS" if you click on it..it was ask you for your username/Password (omantel user account) and Omantel email password

example:

dd@omantel.net.om

username: dd
password: dd123
email password: dd321

the email password can be same internet access password...totally depends on what you set it on.

there are 3 things you can have with omantel account

PIN

Internet access password

Email password
