seems like a health and education..type of question..:)
but based on my knowledge..that area has the most fat...and its the hardest to get away.....good luck....hope some members have an idea about this.
Normally ladies have problem in that area not men  Therefore lets first here from sabla girls how to resize it :)
i think u have to c my brother for that coz he opened a gym in the house ........:D
friend qais..
when ua re talking about fat.. te est way is to reduce total body fat not only concentrate on one area..
because what happened when the body fat increases , the body store them under skin in ladie sit is in teh bottock and in men it is mainly in tommy.... so u better take care of ur dieat an dgeneral body excercise..
if u want to know about the excercise for the bottock muscle i will tell u.. but better to have domenstration..
bottock muscle is mainly made of three msucles gluteus magnus, intermediate and minimum.. they act to exted the hip joint ( kove the leg back at hip joint) plus they also helps in rotating the leg outward.. so in teh gym look for any machine which resists this actions like sleeping on ur tommy and raising ur leg up
maimosa please show some respect to members.

Mimo behave yourself
The only way to reduce fat is to burn more than you consume - best is to eat moderately, as very low calories put you in "starvation mode" which is unhealthy and in the long run you will gain back even more. Eat moderately and do aerobic exercise first, this will trim your body fat.
You also want to strengthen the muscles in your lower body so you are toned and don't jiggle! Two ways to do this - for your aerobic exercise use a stair-climber or elliptical trainer to work the buttocks while burning fat. Also to tone the muscles, do the following exercises:
1. Squats
2. Lunges
3. bench step-ups
you should easily be able to find a book or magazine that can show you how to do it more easily than me trying to explain it without pictures. Believe me though these are the BEST for shaping up your backside!!! You can do them free-form or using a weight machine at the gym.
I've been exercising for about 2 months after having the baby, I've been doing toning exercises twice a week and cardio (elliptical trainer) 2-3 times a week 30-45 minutes and I've lost about 2" from my hip measurement :)
