what if u get stomach ach ,flatulence , digestive problems ,or feeling sick?

then all u have to do is u should consult ur doctor ....... but what can u do for ur self is ,dissolve 4 g of ground cinnamon in 1 cup of worm water , cover it for 15 minutes and then drink it like tea ........ this remedy can also ease diarrhea and flatulence........

if u r feelling like u r going to through up or vomit , then take a jar of pickles ...... open it and then sniff the contents of the jar...... so the smell of the pickling jar will soothe ur stomach .......

and if u want to relieve the tummy upset then u have to drink peppermint tea .... alternatively , drink tea made of seeds and leaves of dill chamomile or rosemary......

u can also chew raw carrots to prevent indigestion and eat fresh pineapple at the eand of meal

farther more eat apple and cucumbers with thier peels on coz rinds and peels contain mineral salts which help digestion ........
and eat parsley or watercress .........

thanx maha,,
dietary fibres plays improtant role in digestion thus it can relieve most of teh symtoms maha has mentioned.

some people also sniff lemon instead..

Another good remedy for upset stomack is Za3tar tea (Thyme tea).. and also eating yoghurt is good.
