I allways wounder why we have to follow the west step by step in our lives. Can't we stand up and be our own, not a toy in thier hands. Moreover, why do we have to follow them in our own countries and lands. Our economic system is based on Riba, which is illegal in Islam, our religion. Our brothers, fathers relatives and nighbors are suffering from it. The are poor, yet there is no mercy, banks suck thier blood, banks eat them alife. It is really bainful to see many needy people follow the path, be slaves for the banks. When are we going to wake up and rialize this, or that is it we are dead till the gudgment day.

you know what they say , if you are an Omani , then you MUST be in debt to the banks till you die.how sad!
That all is the fault of our government who put us in such a situation , when all we do is compare ourselves to the other gcc countries , and how they are leaving - we look like shiit next to them.

I was glad to hear that from you both. However, the reason of having riba in islamic contries is their goverments. these goverments are not real islamic goverments. Therefor, they do not follow the islamic rules. Riba is nothing coparing with the other illegled actions and processors happens in Oman.
