School Again!!!!

SalaaM all,

I know it's normal for everyone to go to school,college, and university. But don't you get tired of it?

We all know how important school is, but what if you just feel like quiting it.

Tell me guys..Am I the only person who hates school? and how come some people die to start studying again?? Is it my own problem?? How can I change that???? :confused:

It's the second day of school here and i feel like going on vacation again :( Did you have enough holliday?

I'm so sorry, I should have mentioned that i'm in my second year in US studying at the university not a high school or whatever you thought.

They call it school here so i'm used to saying instead of university..and criminal i used to love school in Oman because i was having fun making fun of teachers and skibbing classes ;)...here school (university) is so hard.

safaa,i'm in university too and i'm enjoying it very much..just think about it in this way...one day, you'll finish and enter the real life of working or maybe getting married and having family.
during your studying years,especially university,you learn alot and meet different people and you have more time to do what you like,hobbies.
i feel i hate university sometimes too...but this is when i've stress on my studies and lots of work to do.
i hate the first week of university too because i've just left my family but as days pass on i feel more relaxed and looking forward to learning more.
try to engage yourself in some activities,sports..you might be doing that already anyway...just an advice. :) :)

well, when i was in school i really hated it for some time but then when i went to college everything has changed,life is different now i am older and i enjoy every single day of it cos i learn a new thing everyday.PPL treat me in a different way not like in school if u know what i mean...so what i think is just try to enjoy it as much as u can..

Safaa, I do share your opinion sometime (especially when i have to do some assignemts or set an exam), but since I have just finished my exams i have a different feeling (at least for a while).

Here is a tip for you....

I'm a computer scinece student and I know that you can programm your computer and have it to work in your way. Now you might be wondering what that get to do with me hateing school well, the CPU in your computer works on the same way your brain does. So if you can programm your CPU then you can programm your brain (I know it sound crazy).

Take this scenariou...You and your friends are planning to go for a picnic and you've been talking about this picinic for about a week and all the preparation is going smooth and everything just in order. Suddenly it turns out that, two of your friends somehow just can't make it and the picnic has to be cancelled. How would you and the rest of your freind feel about it, well sad, disappointed, upset and you just don't feel like your self, you know way, it because you have programmed your brain that you going for a picninc and since that didn't happened, then your brain will take time to be programmed that there is no picnic. My point is, if you can programme your brain to accept (and like) the idea of you going to school or whatever, then you are done and everything is just sorted.

If you gonna learn something out of this posting then learn or be aware that you can programme your brain exactly as you can programm your comoputer .....!! Sorry i know that I'v wrote alot.....

you sound like a spoiled kid! Instead of complaining about being in college, just be grateful that you are given the opportunity to attend one, and make the most of it!
Nobody likes to study, but if you are ambitious you will realized that going through college is one of the steps to get there.

sometimes it's not annoying, unless we really want to convince ourselves that it's ...just think of all the ppl around us..and that we are not alone suffering in this Damn whatever they call it "school" ..
