JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE - 'LIKE I LOVE YOU' (JIVE)

Dotmusic.com Review:

This is the sight and sound to send Michael Jackson crying into his Neverland pillows.

For years Senor Wacko's held on to the crown relying on HIStory alone, but is that enough to stop this charge? Justin Timberlake's a smart young man (even dumping Britney could pay off in the long run). He knows Jackson's 'King Of Pop' title is up for grabs and he's moonwalking in that direction with hat tipped (see single sleeve).

This isn't to say that Timberlake is going to produce a 'Thriller' or 'Off The Wall' (he might do but it's unlikely) but what he should do is usurp Jackson's position as a true pop idol.

Further extending the Neptunes writing/production CV, Timberlake has done what Nick Carter's first solo outing hasn't, namely added a touch of the unknown to the pop world they are both guilty of neutralising in the recent past.

If there's a battle brewing to find Jackson's successor, there's only going to be one winner.

........

it's an alright track!!! but not fantastic. it only managed to reach #11 in the U.S and is now going down! it just sounded too much like all "the neptunes" production (slave 4 u, hot in herre). they should reinvent themselves!!

why are all bands going solo?

well..each wants to make it on his own and when they do they refuse to go back to the band. who would want to split the profit of album sales with others. if justing makes it on his own and sells at least half of what Nsync did with their last album, he'd get at least 3 times more that what he did when he was a group. plus...they want to be recognised on their own.

Now ... from all the BANDS that have been out there for some reason I really got more into Nsync .. they songs are very goood and they were very much with other singer like maraih and as well Joe etc... .

Now Justin of the member group has come out with a new albume called "Justified" and he has this one song in particulre that I really loved called " Like I love you".

There are few artists who truly deserve the title of superstar. Justin Timberlake is undoubtedly one of them. It would have been easy for Timberlake to repeat the same formula as *NSYNC for his own album. "I didn't wanna look back 5 years from now and regret not trying something different. It's not like I set out to create some new sound, I just wrote what I wanted to hear and drew inspiration from the past," says Timberlake. As co-writer on the album's 13 tracks, Timberlake proves his talent as a songwriter once again. The hit-making team The Neptunes produced 7 songs on the album. The other producers on the album include the Underdogs, Scott Storch, and Brian McKnight

Justin and Nick Carter have both gone off single.......
I think they were better off with their bands .......

But you never know, I mean look at George Michael, Sting, Michael Jackson....ect.

As for N'sync I prefer their faster songs.....the slow ones are so boring and lifeless.

I have to agree with Dede...the more I listen to this song...the more I really like it. I particularly like his presentation at the MTV Awards with the big radio as the setting...cool idea!
