Madonna has been voted the sexiest pop star ever to walk the Earth, in a survey by VH1, dotmusic can report.

The Queen of Pop topped a poll of the Top 100 musicians by the video station, which was voted for by the public and a panel of musical celebrities.

The King of Rock'n'Roll, Elvis Presley comes in second, ahead of Latino pop and acting sensation Jennifer Lopez, who completes the top three.

Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger is at four, while miniature pop superstar Prince is at five, ahead of Tina Turner and deceased Doors hero Jim Morrison, at six and seven respectively.

Elsewhere in the Top 100, Kylie Minogue is way down at number 27, ahead of Kurt Cobain, at 49, and Courtney Love at 67. Intriguingly, Samantha Fox, at 81, is deemed more attractive than Aussie pop rocket Natalie Imbruglia, who is at a lowly 90.

Exactly runnin' around..thats what i wanted to say..J.Lo should be No 1, madonna is not that sexy..yeah she ie sexy but dont like J.Lo , well at the end they're all singing, and their songs are great.

As far as beauty goes...Id have to go with J. Lo because I think that J.Lo is beautiful..., but I think Madonna is sexier for several reasons. She broke so many boundaries in the 80's ....and completely set the standard for any other pop artist that came after her. If anyone has seen her biography, her whole career screams "sexy", and what makes her as such is her confidence. There have been so many artists who have tried to be like her....(cindy lauper, britney spears, etc.)...but there will never be another Madonna. Desert is right, when Madonna was at her prime...she was a knockout. And even at her age now, and two kids later....she still looks great.

I do agree with dore, J.Lo is for sure beautiful.. comparing to Madona, but madona has been there for way long time. And i believe when they were rating it was never only about body wise or looks.. it was everything in General.

Personally i used to find madona long time back very very manish... i never found her at all sexy.. and she's still not all that anyway, but ehr songs are just amazing
