Q: Is it permissible for a woman that she would wet her fingers with water and (then) have them enter into her hair when washing off post-sexual impurities without completely submerging her head?

A: No escaping (from that……. she must) take a quantity of water by her palms in order to submerge her curls (of hair) as the (Prophetic) tradition has suggested.

Elaboration:
A clearer picture of the question can be put in the words that "a woman in a state of post-sexual impurities normally washes her hair completely by wetting it with water. Now the question is if she, instead of wetting the hair, wets her fingers and place them under her hair, is it religiously permissible? The answer is "no" : she must submerge her hair to make sure that all of it has been watered.
