False dichotomy. There could be a 3rd reason.

According to the ' english law ' anyone who accuses one another with an unfounded truth is a lier and being a lier is considered to be a profession. Therefore, such profesionals ought to be taken on as employees of a state. And being an employee of the state you must draw emoluments which must be raised by collection in a form of tax. Such tax is called public tax, which means it has been collected from hard working individual in a state concerned during which such individuals toil harder to earn such pennies that are easily scooped up by liers. Since such liers, could face harsh punishments in countries like Saudi Arabia where social justice exists, such idnividuals would have nothing to contribute for Saudi Arabia other than condemning it as an evil state. Who knows they those who condemn country like the KSA could be disguised Zionists.
