Feel free to ask any questions......I go to the gym everyday and I love body building....I just wish I had another body to built......LOL
To be honest, once you start you will learn to love pain....

Well, just as fatak said, start slow, just to get the feeling of carrying weights, then add some extra weight gradually, the aim is to impose a demand on your muscles greater than what you are accostomed to, and it's the only way to success!
Remember to always warm up before starting, never attempt to carry heavy weights without warming up your body, through stretching or doind some cardio exercises or even carrying very light weights, and always cool down!!!
Give yourself at least 3 months before you see any real effect, and remember to train all your major muscles to avoid muscle imbalance!
I hope that this is useful, as for me, I'm addicted to the gym, and weight lifting is the best thing ever, always makes me feel great, so ENJOY!!! And believe me, the results are worth all the pain!:D
what streches do u do to warm up
This is a good place to start.

i would like to know stuff from ur personal experince.
i heared that u have to eat alot to keep ur muscles growing.
mostly force feed ur self.
Is this true?
If it is true I dont mind doing that....actually i will enjoy forcing my self to eat
Well, I don't know about that...
I think that you need to eat a lot of proteins, but I don't think that it means forcing yourself to eat!!!
As for me, I prefer not to eat a lot, have a more balanced diet, more vegetables and proteins, and try to have less carbohydrates, but I usually can't resist the idea of eating sweets ( don't get the impression that I'm fat, coz I'm not!!!:D ).
My advice is to ask your trainer about what's best for you, or visit a nutritionist to help you.
Gret topic qais,,
Well about gym.. u should keep in mind that body building does not increases the number of muscles cells but it increases the size of the cell soo it is hust increase in size not in number..
To increase th size of the cell u have to have energy for it plus proteins soo it makes the life easier to have bigger muscle… and for that u have to balance between the exercise and eating food..
And for gym, I go to gym : u have to make a plan for every muscle in your body , that means body building is not only chest muscles as most people do u have to exercise other muscles too like leg , back and abdomen.
And how much muscles u want to build or to what extent depends on you, weher u have the chance to continue on it or not.. cos as it has been said once u stop going to gym those muscles u built will transform into fat ..
Thus what I do is not to exercise heavily I no myself that I won’t be able to continue cos of study .
In excercising u have to warm up little bit , and u know that when u feel that ur heart rate increases .. I do that by using the jogging mechanine and run at speed of 18km/hr and burn 50 kcal.. then I excercis thigh, leg muscles and after that the foot muscles..
Then I do abdomen exercise and back muscles.. later chest and finally wity the arm muscles.
And consider repetition while exercising and try to have a partner with u cos that makes things more enjoyable.
