PankCake Day [2011]

My school threw a small student party this afternoon, "pankcake date".


Shrove Tuesday is a term associated in English-speaking countries, especially the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia,[1] New Zealand, and parts of the United States[2] for the day preceding Ash Wednesday, the first day of the season of fasting and prayer called Lent. wikime (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shrove_Tuesday)

long story short. before the fasting period "lent" they eat pancakes ... lots and lots of pancakes because they are not allowed to eat any sugar or choc during the fast period.
