Nice shots, 4amity. I love the scenery of Jebel Akhdar, it's breath-taking, I'd love to go there some day. :D

Thanks Assim & Pecadora...the Jebel all the year round is beautiful, you have to give a visit then, just make sure that no more then 5 people are in your car, thats a law for outsiders.

Also thanks for taking a photo of the rules there, I wonder how harsh would it be going there with sleeveless shirts or short shorts. :p

Thnx Twinkle....the Jebel is not as green as Salalah during kharif season, but more seasonal fruits and flowers all the year round.

Amazing shots, you know while climbing one of the mountains there, I remember the view on the mountains across was just fascinating.. old brown buildings... looked like a lost city in the mountains... amazingly surreal it was.

I went there twice. The first time I was grateful for the freezing weather and the whole atmosphere was amazing. The second was full of regret, the weather was >.< and the walking was o,O

buthy...yes, there are many amazing views if you look for them.
These pics were just taken by my mobile phone & I didn't go much for the views, otherwise I would have got stunning shots over there, but next time Insha'Alla.

thats cool....

i remember going down a more than 100 steps....then goingback up again...hardest thing ever :P
but the scenery just takes your mind away :)

haha...that is so true Aerith, its so easy going down. I’ve seen lost of people resting on the side of the steps on their way up :p
