hi guys,
it is the right time to feel hungry,
what is your best (omani/ Zenzibari/Bulushi/Indian) dish, it is prefered to know your Omani favourate dish.
Personaly, I love (Orsiyyah, BOKOBOKO) grinded cooked rice mixed with fresh motton, thats my best, usually Omani people eats this dish during the EIds festivals, but in my house i used to ask my mam to cook it every weekend.
samaki I thought u like to eat fish (samak), this is why u call yourself smaki :p.
My favourate dish is "shawa" in the Omani traditional way. Which is also Omani's preparing it during "Eid".
The way:
Fresh meat covered with special spices made specially for "shawa" and then they put it in a container which normally made from palm tree. next step it will be buried in under ground oven for one day and next day take it out, open it and normally served with white rice and start to eat, its soo delecious and famous in Oman. hmmm I feel hungry now :p :D
