salam my friend
many treatments r there for diabetes including:
1- general health: concerns about dieting, exercise & general measures.
2- pharmacological: including tablets & injections which include the hormone insuline
3- the curative treatment is on trial yet is not used much cos it will cause a damage to the drug companies as it emplies geneticall eneginered cells to be planted in the body of the patient and this will lead to the secretion of the missing hormone which is known as insulin.
hope soon recovery for every sick
Thanx Enjoy Ur Death,,,if u know anything more about it can u post it here plzzz...
thank u!

well they r tryind different stuff nowdays in regarding the treatment of Diabetes....
genetics as was said to generate the stem cells for the production of insulin as well some r trying transplanting the pancreas ...other pharmacological treatments under trial is:
no pain injections...which depends on a specail technique in introducing insulin....
other ways was using sniffs or nasal route....patches over the skin.....many of these things r still under medical experiments and trials!...
U know I see the Genetics will be the future cure for such chronic illness!...in the comming few years I hope we will hear good news about such researches in genetics field...not just for Diabetis...But also for cancer, Chronic heart diseases...etc
regarding tretament,,
we should know that diabetes is of many types and can be caused by different things,,
diabetics drugs acts not by eliminating teh cause but they just try to lower he glucose level or increase insulin level/action....
i one of the diabetic tyoe called autoimmune where the body destroys teh cells which produces insulin, here the treatment will be to supress the immunity so no more cells are destroyed,, plus transfering B-cells ( produces insulin) from one individual to another is a good method but risky.
regarding drugs , diabetic drugs are called oral hypoglycemic drugs, and these are of many types differ in action, duration , dose, and side effects..
