i finally got a PDA of my own, a Compaq iPAQ H3630... even though its not the latest, i am happy with it, i have been downloading applications and games for it ever since i got it, it could be used as a gsm too... plus it has internet, e-mail, MSN messenger, word, excel, etc...

i will stick with this for a while, and maybe later on (when i have saved up enough money) i will get one with more memory and speed...

as for now, i am busy looking for softwares for it...

I had the Compaq 3765, and I loved it. But I sold it because I wanted to get the new 3800....I will get it in the next couple weeks or so. Im looking forward to it. I got my first one on ebay, for alot less than the store, and it was new in the box...so Im going to get this one off ebay also. Have u downloaded any MP3's on yours?? Thats my fave part.

I did not know about the 39 series, hmm...I will have to look into that. The only thing about these little guys is that it can be quite expensive buying all the accessories for them. I have the stowaway keyboard...that was pricey...but I still need to get the wireless sleeve for the internet, or a modem which I wont get for a while cause its so expensive. But its worth it. Also Id like to get a memory card. But all in all its cheaper than a laptop and much easier to haul around.

yeah, quiet costly, how does the modem work with the sleeve? does it use a simcard??

and i heard that it could be used as a phone too? is it worth the money for that too?

The thing you need to get is called the expansion pack. Which is what I called the sleeve. You attach it to the back of your compaq and you can connect a little memory card or the network card...or modem ...you know. Its pretty cool..:kewl:

well I dont know much about the palm. The main reason I chose the compaq is for the Windows Operating SYstem. But Im sure that there are alot of accessories for your palm :)
