Job title: Smart Card Administrator (Temporary position for 6 months – with a possibility of extension)
Purpose of this Position
The candidate will be in charge for process management of GBM client new smart cards.
The client has introduced new smart cards which will be used for physical access to their premises, building as well as for logical access for their Windows Domain (using the .Net chip in the smart cards).
The candidate will be in charge of managing this process. She/he needs to help the client security (physical security and not information security) to issue the cards for new users. He will help security staff in configuring those devices in the physical access control system and printing the cards. Also, he will be required to help in debugging any issues in physical access and logical access.
Experience & Qualifications required
• Omani is a MUST
• IT Diploma/HND, experience is an advantage
• Very good communications skills, a good team player
• high energy, confident, eager to learn, motivated person
