Combined Heater-shower

Our wtarer heater need to be replaced, I thought to replace it with Hearter shower like those used in UK, where you can get instatnt hot water, the shower is part of the heater, where I can get that in Muscat.



I have seen one in Alhassan but not veru impressive, Any suggestion please
