I know that most members here know those pillers, but am trying to clarify gradually what does Islam calls for and ask us to beleive.
The five pillers of Islam are:

Testify that there is no GOD but ALLAH and that Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) is his massenger
preforming the 5 prayers a day
paying Zakah (which is a special charity that has to be paid once a year on the wealth of every muslim if it reached a certain amount within that year)
Fasting the month of Ramdhan
preforming Hajj (piligram to makkah on the 3rd month after Ramdhan "dh'ulhijah")

Those are the basic pillers of Islam, if a muslim comes one day and says that he is a muslim but does not beleive in praying, then he is not a muslim and same goes to all those pillers.
