Negotiation Matrix

The basic question to think of is What do I hope to achieve??

1. Identify all the negotiation points
„h What variables can I negotiate?
„h What are my negotiation partner¡¦s variables?


2. Identify my probable outcome
„h My realistic intentions
„h What I would like to get?
„h The point at which I have to settle.

3. Identify my desirable outcome
„h My justification maximum
„h What I would like to get?
„h The best , realistic outcome I could hope to achieve

4. Identify my essential outcome
„h My acceptable minimum
„h What I must get?
„h The very final settlement point

5. Identify my walk a way point
„h What will it cost if I do walk a way?
„h What it will cost if I do not walk a way?
„h What will be the impact on the active relationship?

very intresting and could be very useful for business people :)
Well Arabian Brain, these negotioation matrix could help them to set thier highest and lowest margin. Where you can give up and where your partner is going to give up.
