and frankly speaking i am lost,i do not know what i say and i do and what i believe and who is right and who is telling lies,i just know nothing.

Know what you should know. Beleive in Quran, in Hadiths (which are accepted by most scholars), and what differnt scholars say and then use your logic and mind to choose.
But that does not mean that you dont beleive a specfic person because once he said soemthing! maybe he had his own reason for that.
After all, ALlah is greater than what few people say and Allah judges by your intention not what you were supposed to do!
