Bury Me Alive - We Are The Fallen


We Are the Fallen is a band consisting of former American Idol contestant Carly Smithson, Marty O'Brien, and former Evanescence members Ben Moody, Rocky Gray, and John LeCompt. The band plans to tour theaters across the U.S., beginning in September 2009. The band's name is not only an allusion to Evanescence's 2003 album, Fallen, but is also meant to be a movement for the band and its fans to collaborate and appreciate the same interest in music.

I'm so sad that Amy Lee has left the band. She was the best! :(

Anyways, this is their debut single.

Carly's voice is also good. The song is great. Check it out.

Heard it a while back and I gotta say that Carly's voice does sound like Amy Lee's in some parts..

Amy Lee didn't leave the band, this is a new band formed by Evanescence's former members. Amy is still with Evanescence. I listened to the song a while back, it's not bad, could have been better with a more tolerable vocal arrangement and melody.

Evanescene are still a band (including Amy Lee) they even have an album coming out in 2010 *it's official*.

This is actually good. I really like it!!
Carly has a strong voice, I don't think she sounds like Amy...they're quite different.
She's got that strong rough voice, while Amy has a strong yet soft voice.

Great song!

and no, it does not sound anything close to evanescence style nor Amy lee's voice (maybe at the beginning a bit)

loved the use of piano and violent at the end :D the rhythm and drums are also pretty great :D
Carly's voice is powerful indeed. :D
