some help for removing viruses

Norton 2001 System works is a great tool to maintain your computer, it comes with norton ghost which takes an image of your harddrive down to the last byte to back it u in case of trouble, a defragmenter and a optimise disk, registry windocotor (very helpful), system docotor, all kinds of very usefull tools. And most importantly norton anti virus, believe it or not i never used an anti virus till two days ago (never believed in them)! It fixed my infected files (all 250) its a great too. My only recommendation is that you have at least 128 RAM otherwise its heavy load on your system memory.
To maintain your hard drive u must do this once a week
1) Scandisk (thorough type)
2) Defragment
these tools are found when u right click the C drive select properties, then tools and then select scandisk first then after that do the defragment. This will keep your pc at optimum efficiency.
