Its time to get ride of my crappie Chevrolet I guess. I mean it’s a good car, but its getting rather old now.

My budget is around R.O 8000/- maybe can reach up to 9000/- rails. I was thinking of a Passat, what you guys suggest.

If some pictures are vailable it would be cool

Passat not bad but personally I don't like the shape. Cars like Camry and Avalon are very suitable for ladies. I hope they fit in your budget.

American cars are of great looks but technically they are not good for our environment.

I find Passat ok :weep: well Camries are very popular and common, i want something cool and not everyone in Oman has it, i don’t really like Toyota’s. how much does the Mercidece 180 coast any idea?

recent ranking of cars showed that quality goes like this:

I love the passat, it looks very nice... but I love the VW Golf VR6 more.....have you ever thought of getting the Toyota Matrix? it looks very nice.....and has a very nice interior...with 19' rims it's the bomb....

some1 those cars you mentioned above are city cars... if you think you will be using them within the city (muscat for example) then they are defenitly good choice....

I think the passat is >= 10,000 OMR but if you trade your current car you could manage to get it...I am a big VW fan

Some 1 you asked about Mercedes Benz ...well i think you can get a C180 coupe around 9000 R.O cash and if you have wasta you can get it cheeper....and by the way it will look good on you!...i encourage you to buy it and if you need any help or (wasta) i will try and to fix that for you.....:):):)

i only use my car with in muscat, the most i should drive with in it is to al-heel and seeb area! which is less than 50 km

we have 2 BMWs home so im not really into it!

I don't agree with Nissan Maxima i find it's kind a MANISH car......I recomend Mercedes Benz,BMW,VW (but i think golf has some problems),Audi.

Rav 4 is a nice car i bought one for around 8000 R.O but i think you can get a better car for the same price.

OH! :eek: i forgot to mention NOT to buy any OPEL...it's not because of the car, the car is good but the service in here is very bad and you can always ask any OPEL owners.

I got a deal with my mother; she gave me her car :) I don’t need to buy a new car after all, ill be driving her Mercedes C 200 Model 99. She said I was better off in buying a land and investing my money instead of wasting it on a new car. Miskeena she said she would take my car, as she doesn’t drive really much.
