I was wondering how in the heck I was going to stop the boat before it slammed into the dock when the engine quit at the moment I put it in reverse to slow it.

Then I just watched in amazement as it just glided into the dock at about 10 Miles per hour.

Fortunately the anchor took the impact (it bent against a dock support pole) and I can replace that for about $45.

I am considering not taking the boat out without MoonChild ever again.

I didn't do it!! I would NEVER curse my own boat. It was just lonely without me :D
