Ya It was a very intersting match...not like usuall opening matches.
from the begining Singal went forward, they weren't afraid of France ,the world champions. and man that guy Doufe was outstanding ..great skills.I heard he might be going to Anfield (liverpool)next season.

As for the goal, it was a double mistake from pitty and barteez, and to be fair with France , the played Ok and the post prevent two goals from going in , one for trezega and that fantastic shot for henry.

Bu jseam was successful ..i think.. always near the action.

Great to see an upset in the first game......first time qualifiers Senegal defeat current European and World champions. I'm looking forward to the rest of it :D

mimosa why boo both teams??...........i hope Saudi win tom match ..and as for today well france didnt make it i feel it is am embarasement for them as they the current world champions and lost thier first game!!!..and zidane didnt get to play coz of his bad leg so things arent looking that good for the French football team at t he moment...but who knows..

I was honestly first for the french team...but they honestly looked quite tired and depressed from the beginning of the game and I don't know why. The one from Senegal was in such a great shape and with beautiful passes and defense.

I believe if a team is good, it should do well even without their top player like Zigane for the french. To my opinion their game was very average and the Senegal played great with an energy until the end. At the middle of the game, my choice had already changed and I am now very happy for Senegal's victory.
