Fitness Centre in City Centre

I have not been there but i hear such good things about it..and they offer different types of excersing such as Tae Bo and yoga and lots of other things..They are on the first floor of City centre it is worth checking it out...as the summer holidays are getting closer it would be something to do. Has anyone ever been there ?

Its opens for both gender but with different timing and mixture of gender if you want to;)

I am sure i wont be the only one in saying that city centre indeed is a fine shopping place where u can find everthing under one roof..but the topic here is not about that..it is about the fitness centre so would you kindly stick to the subject THANK YOU

i have nothing against omanies the who gulf was divided up a long time ago into countries but we were all one people and we still are and i dont think anyone is better then any body ...actually i think omanies are much better people than emaraties and they are very simple and nice peolple.

I have not been there, but it seems very nice and big. I also heard that it was mixed, but again I am sure there must be a special timing for the ladies.

I have been there more than once, infact my siste has got membership. Nice and good place I would say, the bad thing they don't have swimming pool for those who are interested.

Ladies timing are morning hours to 6:00pm

Qais, i am Palestinian Lebanese, and as far as im concerned Lebanon is far more expensive then Dubai! :p and i still go to the gyms there.

Eat your hurt out. BTW my Passport is Omani :) i have much rights as the others do.

So where is the Gym, although im a member at the PDO Gym and the Swimming pool is big and cool there, I think its time for a swim this summer :)

I use to go to this swimming pool which is called "khalili" didnt like it, the water is full of clour.

Thanks kamakazy for thier website..but as said it has no info at all...
I visited them today (finally) and they are located in city centre but thier entrance is at the far end of the builiding..towards where we leave...it is not in city centre but on the outisde..u have to take the lift to go up..and then it is easy!

And yes it is mixed..but only on
Sat-Wed 12pm-3pm & 6pm-8pm
Thursday 6pm-8pm

Ladies have the morning from 8-12pm & 3pm-6pm (weekdays)
and on Thursday 8am-12pm

Friday is mixed 2pm-8pm
