I think that is what he was asking for a year ago or else he is asking for too much for now, I have a number of residential and resedential/commercial land plots in the same area, I cannot sell most of them for half of what I could have got a year ago! One is just across the street from College of commerce, SQU, its price now is not even 1/3 of how it was a yaer ago!

I'm looking to buy in Khoudh or Mawaleh - i heard the land near the university is not that expensive compared to mawaleh. Please let me know

I'm also looking for 2 bedroom flat near that area for RO 300 or less - please do let me know if there is any.

Yeah i did apply this time, however i'm pretty sure it aint going to be a place one will be able to build immediately considering the proximity to town
