This began yesterday, whenever I chewed on something I get this weird annoying feeling in my molar. It's hard to explain, it doesn't hurt but it feels sooo >_____<
It sometimes happens when I drink something, and when I brushed that area today I got the same feeling as well...it's really really irritatiting.
Can anyone tell me whats going on?

I'm leaving oman in a couple of days...I won't have time to visit a dentist, I have alot of things to do. I might go to one when I'm there, but in the meantime could someone give me a brief explanation of what the problem might be?
Pixie,
I'm sorry we don't have any dentists on the forum
So I doubt you would get a professional opinion

Does it occur only whenever chewing gum?
Do you have sensitive teeth and gum?
While you brush your teeth is there any bleeding?
Do you usually floss your teeth?
It might be dental caries or gingivitis.
if the first one only analgesics can help till visit your dentist
If you have gum bleeding while brushing your teeth, so it's Gingivitis which needs to be treated according to it's degree of the inflammation and severity of pain, coz the back teeth aren't easily cleaned and needs a specialised care and flossing technique
If it's bleeding and sensitive gum then use sensodine tooth paste for your sensitive gum and also pepper-mint or antiseptic mouth wash and for your pain you can take analgesic tablets till you get time to check it with your dentist
Brushing is prefered if your gum is bleeding coz the most common cause of it, is the stuck food and bacterial growth in between your teeth unless if it's abnormal non-stop bleeding so must visit your dentist :)
I wish helped by these info.
Take care :)

probably you have a cavity. please don't ignore it because you might be needing root canal treatment, which, according to experience, is the horrible-most experience ever. keep your mouth clean and don't chew on your sensitive molar, especially with sweets and meat.
