i know some people if they sleep they are sweating and the A/C is on why?

Here are some questions coz the case isn't that clear!!!!

Does this person suffer from sweating all the time not only while sleeping, and also on his hands palm sweat at which needs to carry tissue to dry them? and this case embarrase him while shaking hands with people?
If YES

Then his case is neurological= related to nervouse system"nerves" he needs to have a minor surgery to cut the sympathatic a specific sweating nerval innervation, his doctor will know that and he won't suffer from it and no side effects occur with this procedure if the doctor is clever :)

Let him check his hormones level in hopitsl that's the closest cause if not his life style habits
