I'm having this problem, you see im always cold... i mean ALWAYS cold.
I shiver and shake, literally and I CAN'T stop. I try but I can't.
I'm always wearing layers and layers but no matter what I'm still cold.
I sleep with more than 3 blankets ! Sometimes 5 ! seriously.
In the middle of the night ill wake up a little hott , so i remove a few blankets but after a few moments Im freeeezing and even colder!! Most of the time I cant sleep because how cold I am. :(
I've tried sitting around the fireplace bes if im trying to warm up my legs then my arms r freezing so i sit and have my back to it, then the front of my body is icle cold lol .. its killing me.
Even during the summer time I get cold when its burning hott.
And I sometimes wake up from headaches and migranes from the lack of sleep or even can't sleep because of these migranes and headaches.
I heard some people are just liek that bes Im wondering is it that bad liek me ?
Is this really serious?

Are you skinny ?
Do you eat enough food ?
Did you consult a doctor?

Hmm, I don't shiver or shake.. but I do feel the cold getting into my blood. I guess it's the change in weather?

probably u dont eat well,,,, or not eating the right food ......
A similar question was asked recently to which I gave perhaps a similar amswer
Anyway, is the sensation of feeling cold associated with any other symptoms such as fatigue & giddiness et al?
Regardless of any other associated symptoms, you MUST get the following tests done:
1- CBC
2- TFT
3- FBS
Also a physical examination, a good family history of any problems of blood circulation, some people have poor blood circulation & that results in having cold peripheries

^What about being anemic? Does that play a role?
^What about being anemic? Does that play a role?
Of course, that's why I asked for the CBC, which means complete blood count
TFT is for thyroid function & FBS for blood sugar

I have always thought it's natural for some people to feel cold all the time, depends on the person's body and all?

Me too.
My body is warm (sometimes I even feel I have a fever and when someone touches my forehead they can tell I'm warm) still my feet and hands are often very cold.
I did CBC and TFT and they were fine thanks to Allah.
But I did not do FBS.
Does that happen because of too little sugar?
thanks

Yes, each individual's body's physiology is different, but I won't call it normal

That can be one possibility but I suggest see your Dr to rule out any peripheral vascular condition

My daughter and I both have low blood pressure and are skinny. We feel the cold more so than say my mother who is overweight and has high blood pressure. So who knows?

What doctor should I see? A cardiologist or general practitioner?
Thanks.

Yeah, i was going to say what hitman said. You need to check your thyroids.
I would also check to see if you really ARE cold. Like it might be that your brain is tricking you into thinking you are cold when really your body temperature is normal. Have someone check your temperature.
Allahu a3lem, it could be the hypothalamus (Located in the forebrain and is in charge for balancing body temperature).
It could be because you're thin.
It could be because the food choices you eat.
It could be because low blood pressure.
It could be a number of factors.
It could also be that you don't get hugs from that special someone!

In addition to what Hitman said, try natural remedies as well.
A tablespoon of pure natural honey every morning.
Dates and Buttermilk for breakfast.
Give it a month, guaranteed results.
