Is massage good for health and do the body need it every time. Some say it can calm aggressive feelings, improve listening skills and concentration as well as relieve anxiety and stress. Is that right.
What type of massage is good?
Massage ha ? :dev:
Yah sure massage relaxes the body and makes you feel much better that's why it's mostly found in health clubs.
There are massages for the whole body, for the feet and head etc etc..
I'll leave the other benefits for the docs and experts.

Its pretty much relaxing though from what i noticed, because it is so good, it can be very addictive.. I never had a massage but i one time my back was killing me so much that i asked a friend to walk on my back and also use his knees... it was painful but in a very good way.
Massages just relax your muscles and helps you relax and enjoy the blood flow through all the body. It surely has many direct/indirect benefits ;)

Hot tubs are really good for massages because of the water being forced out and they are known to relax muscles, reduce pain etc.
Why not ask that 'friend' of yours who had a 'massage' and then felt bad about it ?

Yes, you are absolutely right about the health benefits of massage, it helps in all that you mentioned above
And also it's very beneficial in cases of chronic pain, arthritis & neuralgias et al
I suggest you go for the aromatherapy massage which uses essential oils extracted from natural plants that also improves mood
Of course, getting it from a professional, there are resorts that provide spa therapy in Muscat
Unfortunately, many go to cheap massage centres just for the sake of getting a handjob in order release sexual tension & ignore the professionals with the real therapeutic benefits

I went HERE (http://www.alnahdaresort.com/index.asp) over the weekend, you can call them to make yourself a reservation
It's worth it, but you will have some aches afterwards if you are getting it for the first time
