Went on a trek to one of the bird sanctuaries called Karnala on the Bombay - Goa highway (not sure how many of you know it).

Got some fantastic pictures on a day that had heavy rains and the peak of the mountain was covered by low hanging clouds. Got soaked like f*ck throughout the day, but was a fantastic experience :)

The camera's a Nikon D80. I'll let the pictures talk for themselves:

the first and 2.jpg remind me of the forest in Lord of the rings.

Or Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/).

Upload you're pics there, then right click on them. Choose properties. Then select and copy the url next to location.

Then come on ES go to advanced options, click on the "insert image" icon and paste the copied url.

Hope this makes sense :think:

^ Wolf, this is a bird sanctuary in India, on the famous Bombay-Goa highway. It's called Karnala. It's a killing climb though, and the rain and fog makes it even worse, but once you reach that peak, you're rewarded with something that's out of this world :)

i so want to visit bombay there are sooo many beautiful spots to visit.
I want to vist the caves which are near bombay???

Bombay itself is a dire city.....:yuk: very dirty and polluted! But the areas around Bombay, that is outside city limits are good!

Their the Elephanta caves. You've got to take a ferry to reach them i guess.
