Do I have a fever?

I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and that was about it...today I woke up with a MAJOR headache and a blocked nose, plus the weather's apparently cold today but I can't feel a thing...
Now I remember whenever I had a fever I used to get these strange dreams where I couldn't tell if they were real or not and they used to really bother me.
Am I really feverish or is it just a cold?
How do I get rid of it?

The headache is a normal thing since your nose is blocked,, less Oxygen to your brain :D

go to the doctor and stay at bed for a day and inshallah you will be fine :)

try to drink tear or any thing hot .

Thing is I can't go out cause the pain is INTENSE, and it feels crappy just sitting up and typing this. I've just taken some panadol...still waiting for it to kick in xD. The dreams have nothing to do with being homesick...just weird random stuff. Doesn't anyone get those when they're feverish? Or is it just me?

The dreams are hallucinations. Everyone with a strong fever have them.

Relax and drink plenty of warm tea and jusst do something you totally love.

I was ill for the past three days and so in my case I had a naruto marathon xD

as for the weird dreams ... lol hell yeah I get them. Last night I dreamt I was being sliced through the middle by a close family member and then hung in a butcher shop to be sold xD Perhaps listening to Sweeney Todd's soundtrack contributed to that as well ...
