I have a proplem:( I can not sleep as the people
In 24 hours i sleep only 3 or 4 hours :angry:
" WHAT IS AMAZE ME THAT I NEVER EVER TIRD OR I FEEL I WANT TO SLEEP"
For example: i seleep evrey day between 3 to 4 after midnight and i waek up at 6 for pray and preparign my self to go to the work :)
Yesterday i did hard exercise;) I play fotball and after that i went to the gym and when i back after 7:00 pm i feel as i'm very very very tird so i take a little rest and i sleept around 9:00 i waek up around 12 :angry: than untill 4 i never sleep
oooooooogh now m at work m not tird, but maybe the insomniac it will affect me in the future:bomb: so what's your advice? and how i can get out?

I don't think medication is always the answer. You can't use pills to cover up the problem, the root of the problem needs to discovered and solved.

Stress yourself throughout the day, so that you end up physically shattered by the end of the night and doze off like a baby.

I don't see you are suffering from insomnia man:cute: it seems you are from the category of people whom are having a sleeping pattern in which 3 to 4hrs of sleeping is enough and don't feel tired or like they need to sleep more they feel fresh after being awake and it's normal. It differ's between individual's some are sleeping only 2hrs a day and it is normal:)
The insomnia it's different thing in which u never get to the deep sleep stage and you get annoyed and restless after being awake and need to go back to sleep just to have the deep stage which is also called rapid eye movement stage at which dreams occur which is very important stage while sleeping for the brain
You just need to adjust your life style activities during the day,your food type, your sleeping time and try to drink a glass of warm milk or chamomile tea bags sold in markets before sleeping it helps that's it, but if you really suffer from insomnia so you should discover what the cause and solve it if a simple thing otherwise if it persist for long time then you should seek for medical advice.
Never abuse medications without medical supervision coz it will cause dependence and suffer for ur whole life along with side effects or toxicity be aware from this, Insomnia drug's especially for chronic case should be prescribed by a specialised doctor either neurologist or psychiatrist only not by general practioner doctor, coz it need's close medical care and regular monitoring of the case and the big responsibility of the drug side effect's:hmm:
Panadol night in pharmacies is not for insomnia and this is bad and dangerouse practice coz abusing it may lead to dependence along with hepatic toxicity and failure finally death!!!:omg:

sweet life rose, you're right about a few things but insomnia is not the only sleep disorder. Even if he feel like 3-4 hrs is enough, that's not normal. It's supposed to ne 6-8 of sleep on an average.
I'm not sure what he has but I don't think it's insomnia. It's definitely a sleep disorder. I need to look into this.

there must be some thing in your mind that you keep on thinking about , it could be one of the reasons that prevents you from sleeping , so while you are awake are there any thoughts in your mind ? thinking of some thing that disturbes you all night long ?

Yeah dear Angel_Eyes:), as an-average the normal sleeping hours is between 6~8hrs according to the major population and the time needed for the body cell's to be renewed and detoxified, but it doesn't mean 2hrs or even in his case 3 to 4hrs isn't enough, it just suppose to be at night not during the day; for certain enzymes to work which are secreted at that time and this process also varies between individuals.
" قال تعالى: "وجعلنا الليل سباتا وجعلنا النهار معاشا
In addition, there is a category of people with less sleeping hrs which is also considered very normal as they sleep and wake-up feeling fresh, not annoyed and they aren't suffering from insomnia or depression they're happy n nothing to worry about
I consider them lucky people as muslims they can do "Qiyam" prayers
"قال تعالى:"قم الليل إلاقليلا نصفه أو انقص منه قليلا أو زد عليه ورتل القرآن ترتيلا
"قيام الليل لصحه الأبدان " and feel life bright
According to his situation he is only worry with the hours that he sleeps in and he thought he's suffering from insomnia in comparing to others whom sleep more hrs, although he feel fresh and doesn't need to sleep more after being awake.
In our life, we need to connect our knowledge with Islam guidance then we will understand our religion and life how our body work in a reasonable way which is all good, Al-hamdulilah I believe Knowledge is power:)
