I'm a light weight person to the point that ppl always comment on that.
im thin and i belive it's good but when i loose weight my cheeks just go low. every one can notice that ! honestly i started to hate that now so i want to gain some weight its time now....
ppl can you advice me with tips for that ?:p:p:p:p:p:p:p
cloths just fit well in me hamdulilah but i keeep on loosing grams for nothing.
another problem:: i remove fats and skin of chicken ,meat and etc .And alot of times i don't feel like eating meat,chikcen or fish .. althought im not a veggi :inno:what can i do?

I'm exactly like you..every description ..even the cheeks part, even the eating part:XD: gosh, it's like i'm seeing myself in you:p
loool..hmmm..well, you will have to not be under stress. that's a start. being under stress makes you loose your appetite. and plus, we have to both work on eating fatty foods :bored:..we both need to pig out....otherwise there's no hope for us:(

thousands of people r dying everyday from hunger, and by reducing yr food intake, u r decreasing world demand on food.. so thank you and keep it up :)
I think the first thing u need to do is check ur BMI(Body Mass Index). go to this site http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and choose the metric units and enter your weight in kilogram and height in centimeters and it will tell u your BMI. if its way below 18.5 u are seriously underweight. I would suggest taking more proteins into your diet.
Since you dont like eating meat or fish(although white meat and fish are very good for underweight people) there is the option of buying protein milk shake powders in different flavours from the pharmacy or supermarkets. Plus u have to start doing some exercises(if you aren't already exercising) as then the body demand increases. Also make sure you dont have any hormonal problems like hyperthyroidism (the thyroid gland is overproducing the thyroid hormone leading to weight loss). In my medical life I have seen many underweight patients and many think that just pigging out will help them put on weight which is entirely wrong as they may be just clogging up their arteries with unnecessary fat and cholestrol instead of eating smart. If none of this helps and your BMI is still VERY LOW then u may have to meet a dietician or an endocrinologist at a hospital and get an expert opinion after all ur hormonal levels in your body are checked.

Just don't miss food time. So basically have breakie, lunch and dinner. Don't you dare skip breakfast it's a really important meal. It's good that you take of the skins of meat...healthy and stuff. Just eat normally/healthy and a bit of junk. Like a bit of chocolate, chips, etc. But you have to balance out everything so that you wouldn't become unhealthy you know!!!

What I do is I juz eat normal,I am nt trying to gain weight by eating fatty junk food.
but,I eat rice 2 times,do u think that gonna help?!

Well, first of all, keep eating healthily, don't feel like you should start eating alot of junk so that you can put on weight, because that will be alot of unhealthy weight you're putting on. To get extra protein in your diet without having to eat meats then try increasing your intake of nuts & beans, although, you really should have some meats as well. As some have already mentioned, go get yourself checked medically, just to rule out any medical problems that could be the reason behind your low weight, although, really, some people are just naturally thin & it's nothing to worry about. Apart from sorting out your diet, I would suggest getting a personal trainer or going to the gym & seeing one of the trainers there so that they can organise an exercise regime that would help you increase your body weight in a healthy way.

Hmm, I think your stomache is now used to small portions of food. I used to love food, until I started eating less, and now my tummy is just used to it, and it can't take in large portions! I still love food, don't get me wrong.. I think of it all day, but once I eat it, I'm full the next minute! I guess there's no way around, unless you force yourself into eating large portions, so that your stomache gets used to it again.

yes u dont know that xercise is also important for healthy weight gain. Resistance training exercises such as lifting weights will help to increase your muscle size... u need an instructor to help u with the right excercise...Good luck Angel Eyes and dont listen to mimo because husband can make u lose more weight:p

heheh ... all of us are facing the same problem but mine is that I burn food quickly besides my study and long working hours. I have intended to gain wieght last month and alhamdella I gained 2 Kg so far, I will continue till I reach the target wiehgt.
my advice is to have 5-7 small intake daily instead of the three only meals this will help u gain more wirhgt. Exercise to build the musles. Skinny people don't usually exercise cause they are afraid of loosing wieght which is wrong. When u exercise u force ur body to eat more just to keep its weight. It is like defending. So exercise daily for a week and after u exercise have an apple and Kaju (nut). Stop for the next week and continue the following week, u will notice an increase in ur weight and u will eat more :P
what else, yeah for the cheeks have banana with milk ur face will glow like a moon
I have more but am in a hurry now :P
