I know this might sound like a stange topic, but it sort of came to me while reading the "Beauty of Omani girls" messages.

Well let me descibe myself..... 5'8'' and a half....don;t forget the half....lol...Shoulder length hair, which is slightly red now, since i have decided to experiment with colors now.....mmmmm....what else.....Brown/black eyes, told that i hae nice lips :)
Well, that is all i can say...i guess...well actually i used to be a ugly duckling in school...the typical school girl. Glasses and pigtails the whole sha-bang. When people for school see me now, they are usually surprised.
" Wow, we remember you in school with your pigtails and galsses...now you look different" I never ask them how different ;)

Kamakazy, you are not just that tall...bas a cute looking guy who is very shy, but once you come to know a person you are more oped and friendly. You are skinny as anything and need to put a few meat on those bones. One thing i love about ya bro is you smile.....very genuine and when you do smile your eyes seem to disappear. Luv ya :)

well, I used to be an ugly duckling in school,and was never interested in my looks except to pray for a little prettiness. Then, voila!(as they say in french). I suddenly started to blossom at the age og 17. I've conyinued to blossom till now. I have dark brown curly hair and dark brown eyes. 5 feet 2 inches and slim, but that was because i worked at getting the figure i wanted!

OK I am honest guy and I love my friends ,some people like me because they think I am handsom, I don't like people liking my looking not my personality,but they know I become angry quickly so some of them avoid my anger,especially my family members ( especially the girls ,,, so girls be careful,, kidding ). According to you (if you find a topic is not interesting just don't read it) but I say (if you find a topic is not interesting read it and give your reasons (opinion))

You accused me of discouraging people but the fact if you have the above philosophy you are the one who discouraging people to post their opinions.

I agree with you that we should encourage each other to keep the good work and that exactly what I did by encouraging Wardat-il'7leej to discuss more important things like the personality not the look.

I said most people (not all) are finding the subject less important and you read how the following participants described themselves ex HQL, Thug4life, and others. In fact everybody has agreed that the personality is what really counts not the look and you saw how the topic moved to discuss the personality rather than the look.

One quick word, remember what the prophet (SWA) said (in akramakom 3nd allah atqakom). The look issues should be the main subject in Jerry Springer show (USA) or Natash( UK) but not under the Islamic Rules. Thank you all.

Lets see i am a very honest type of person and very trusting, though i know that there are those who have taken advantage of that. I hate people who lie and i would rather tell the truth and face the concequence than lie and live with the guilt. I love animals and smile alot...... i was told that i have a nice smile :) :) :)
Hmmmm..... i hate quiters and people who do not do what they say. I am not a talkative type of person and it might take me a while to get to know someone. As soon as i know you and talk to you, the person automatically becomes my friend. I think it is a nice feature in me, but i guess it has got me in a little bit of trouble, since i have given too much without getting anything but hurt and lies.
I want the person who is with me to consider me as a close friend and to know that i can be trusted. I can be fun when i have to and i can be serious when i need to.
I love to dive and to shop and do anything that involves a bit of danger and adventure e.g. Bungy jumping.
What else.........hmmm...i guess that is it......Hmmmmmm........i love to dance, swim and ride horses, which i do not get that much of a chance to do. i also love to listen to a varity of music and artists. One day i would be into arabic, the next you would hear R&B booming for my room...

Well i think a person does not really come to change in personality wise but it is more that the individual develops and changes with his/her surroundings. You come to find yourself and who you really are and you build yourself through the things that you interact with in daily life.
I think what influeances that change is the fact that you are not protected by that shield called "family" or "parents". You come to be your own person making your own decissuions, and most of all you become resposible for the concequences.
From my experience i am still the same person, but i do not tolerate a few things from people as i used to and i have come to voice my opinions when asked or when needed. I know that back home i was expected to just simply follow what was told, without being able to do what i wanted and what i would have liked to do. I was an individual in a way, but tied down in one way or another, by parents, family, the culture we are in and society at times. People care too much about what others will say. I think the person should do what is best for him/her, since they would be the ones who would be living their life not the people in society. I am not saying that we would have to ignore our society, but to simply take the best out of it and what works best for you.

ok,I'll tell u guys more about myself...Im a person with lots of love for ppl and life.I think in life the small things that really matters.I'm not very talkative,I mean I don't like gosseping and I don't really feel comfy when I'm with ppl who gossep.I just don't get the plesure that they find in It.I'm open minded and I respect others openion even if I thought they were wrong.But at first I do try to show them my way of thinking and If they still stick to there's I don't arguee.

I'm not a very sensetive person,well that what most or you can say all of the ppl I know would say.The thing is I don't show my emotions to ppl,even to the close ones,I see It this way "It's the way I show my weaknesses" lots of u will disagree in this one,but that's how I see It.

I love nature.I adour the beach.One of my fav things to do is cammping.I go cammping alot with the family in winter,but I haven't been doing so now for ages,coz I,m away from oman at the moment.There are so many beautiful places in Oman.

mmmmh...what more..I'm not moody at all,I mean at all,Well,I can be sometimes,but yet it's 1 in a 1000000 .

Basiclly,all I want in life is what I've got,good health,beautiful family and friends and and I try my best to please them and most of all do my pryars and the things I have to do as a muslim,and I thank god for evrything.

About what you where saing ,well,It is amayzing how sometimes diffrent ppl could really go on very well.What I think is we all should be little bit diffrent from others,you know ,from friends & whoever,I mean diffrent in a good and healthy way.Coz,I think that what keeps us more together is seing things diffrently and discussing it with each other and therefor keeps us communicating .We all as individuals do,like and think in our own way,otherwise we won't be the persons we are.And about couples,they should be diffrent as well...you know like magnet,they don't attract each other unless they were in diffrenet signs..that what keeps the passion on and on between married couples :)

I am tall(comparing with Omanies) 168cm ...long nice hair, long face, big beautiful deep dark brown eyes, beautiful smile, I am not dark nor white..just fair...ummm whatelse...I think enough:)

Oh OK about my personality...I am a very honest person, I don't lie and i get annoyed when anyone lies to me. What is bad in me is that when a person lies to me only once, i will never trust him/her forever. I don't hate anyone and will never do no matter how bad is that person to me ...I always forgive and forget..I like everyone...(all good ha) LOL..lemme think of the negative side of me..ummm...ok i am very very very stubborn (3aneeeeeeeda)..and a very very very jealous person..

I have like over 100 of friends out there. I like going out alot espically to the beach and driving:)..i love cars and my favorite are ferrari and porsch....Done;)

For me ..I think its hard for me to describe my self especially my personality..to say am kind or am quite or whatever is kinda strange.Any one feels the same?

Sarab, i can see your point. For me i would not want to be the type of person who says that i am kind and so forth, but i would like to consider myself as that. I would hope that i am like that and that it is one of my best features.....inshallah..allah y3lam :P
Hmmm.....Amoura Sukara...seems that you do not have that many negative points, but they are serious ones...lol...try and control your traites...i know i can be very stubborn also, i guess it is in all of us one way or another.
As for being tall i do not know i am 173 cm, which makes me a 5'8'' and a half..lol...don't forget the half....hehehe

i will try.. !! but i should first talk about my personality.. !! i can't understand myself.. !! sometimes very quite and lazy, othertimes just like a machine talking and working !! gets angry sometimes even if small matters !! likes reading alottttt but not reading the books in univ !!

well.. let me try to describe myself.. i am i don't know!! i mean i used to be soo an unorganised when i was in school til about 3 prep (thalith e3dady).. just don't care about how i look like .. then started to care only in secondary..!! ohh they say i look nice.. but it all depends on ur view.. maybe u will find me looking nice while others may not.. people have different views !! i am 59kgs/ 170 cm/ white skin/ black/brown hair and black/brown eyes !!actually i tried to attach my pic :P joking!

well, i thought i would just write something about me as everyone did.
i am 173cm(tall for a girl ha), brown eyes , average build and short brown/blach hair.My best friend Nikita didnt see my since we left school but i just saw her last week and she didnt beleive how i changed since that last time we met.I have stopped wearing glasses and i lost lots of weight and i am happy from the way i look now cos it makes me feel much better about myself...
