the naughty doctor, but always there and takes time to answer queries and answers health issues with great detail, as if you are in his surgery.

he just got married and invited everybody to his malka! so i guess at the moment, he's enjoying his new life.

very sweet lady, and very open minded and not afraid to self criticise. i really admire her.

●NaBHaN
he's a great artist and a very fair moderator.

●Nella
a very sweet girl. does not post that much but her input is worth a hundred posts of some other members.

●NicoBambi
a french wino who locks up a lot of threads. watch out, nico's about.

●NiGhTFaCe
the insomniac.

●spirit
the newest mod, the photomodel. very funny too.

●Storm
i have the impression that storm is a quiet and calm....not like a storm. maybe she's the eye of the storm..where all calmness resides.

●Thug4Life
fuggy's funny and in a heated argument, offers you fruit or sweets.

●TripleTee
a great writer and artist. and a kick-***** girl i really admire for her way of debating and speaking.

Well, I'm new here so I don't know the mods. What do you think, guys? :XD:

●BrAiKi - He has always been a great and helpful person, and contributed a lot of his knowledge in the Islamic/Religion Sabla even before he became a Mod. Hence, he's the perfect person for the field he's moderating. :)
●DeSerTDesTroYeR - He's a super mod! Wohoo :sunsmile: But isn't as active..
●FaHaD - Same with FaHaD, he isn't as active as before.
●HITMAN - Oh I love his posts, they spice up the Sabla! :hyper: Plus, he has a lot of knowledge to share.. :cute:
●Kamakazy - What's Sabla without him? :p He puts the Sabla together, whenever it;s down Kama comes to the rescue. Plus, he seems like a really nice person :)
●Lym - Oh, what can I say about her? :hmm: You're surely one hell of an active mod! It's good having you around always :cute:
●NaBHaN - He contributes a lot of his artistic talents that keeps the Sabla alive! + He tolerates a lot a lot of crap from members, and he's still patient to complete contributing to the Sabla :)
●Nella - She's a cute mod! :p
●NicoBambi - He surely has add something to the team, ever since he became a mod :) He follows the rules ;)
●NiGhTFaCe - He has a short temper, but follows the rules, and makes sure that things are in place.
●spirit - Again, what's Sabla without him?:hyper: He's like the trade union, between the members and the mods :D
●Storm - She's active, and makes sure that things are in place. Plus, she contributes a lot on updating us with new movies. Appreciated :cute:
●Thug4Life - He's funny, and he surely creates a pleasant atmosphere with his presence :sunsmile:
●TripleTee - She contributes a lot in the competition things, and makes sure she keeps that sect alive :p


Overall, Sabla would be a mess without all of the mods. They all have a major role in keeping the place neat :) We truly appreciate your efforts, all of you.

Ok.. here's the truth.

I feel sorry for them. All of them.
For all the extra work it creates for them, for all the time they 'waste' on it, for all the disagreements and all the grief they get for it and for the pressure of trying to be fair and unbiased at all times and try to be good role models themselves often staying back from expressing some opinions because of it.
And to top it all, they rarely get recognised and thanked for it. A mod is 100% more likely to get criticised than thanked.

So dear mod, even if I don't particularily like you :hmm: , thanks anyway for the time spent and the effort it takes to keep things running smoothly in here.

OK, so u are looking for constructive feedback, honestly u guys are doing a good job keeping the sabla in order, I know its time consuming, and u dont get paid for it.

I just have one comment is that I wish u were a bit less biased.

About the biased thing, it's an Omani forum! Therefore, it should have a bit of biasness (if that word even exists) in it! :D

i think each forum has its owners and the owners set the rules. of course mods are going to have their biases....they are human beings with ideals. some things that are ok with me can be shocking for them, so i refrain from discussing them, because they own the place here not myself.
with time everybody gets to know what can be argued on and what can't. so once you accept that, you can keep on posting. in my opinion, if you can't, discuss your grudges via pm or find some other forum.
on the whole, i don't think they are too biased. they are a mixture of people, and they even themselves out. some are very conservative, some are liberal..and i'm sure that in their own private moderators section they discuss things before taking action. that's why sabla is so successful and so busy.

I like spirit--who wouldn't like him?--but I haven't noticed him actually moderating. Maybe that's my fault.

The ones I notice being particularly active are Braiki, Storm and NicoBambi. They all seem to be doing a great job.

I'm sure the others are too, I just haven't noticed what they've been up to lately.

Really, how ANYONE manages to moderate the Politics or Religion fora is beyond my understanding.

oh no jeffy, spirit has locked a thread and he's moderated a few others.

nicobambi is a good 15 page thread spotter. he's our virtual st.peter. keeper of the keys. when a thread reaches 15 pages, you'll see his post 'thread locked'. i love pulling his leg about it. he's one of the few good frenchmen. :hyper:

i feel that mods make mistakes sometimes, missuse thier power, and sometimes biased...

but they r human right?? we gotta suck it up till they get Robot mods :sabla:

There is one mod who i have no time for because i find him rude, bad mannered and obnoxious - he was very rude to me some time ago and i don't forget.
Also, one mod (Nabahan) was very helpful to me a while ago through PM, so he is my favourite!
Otherwise i think everyone does a pretty good job - and not one that i want to do. I may not always agree with their actions, but you will never please everyone.

All of the Mods are great, in my opinion. They are doing their job and being helpful at anytime. Everyone is a unique in his/her own way. And I thank them all for this. Just keep it up.

Personally, I think the Mods in general are doing a great work in keeping the sabla as organized as possible each in thier area.

I have one comment though, Mods need to treat the memebers as thier customers. Some members complain about an issue, and even if the Mods dont agree with that member or his complain .. they need to take the issue into mind and answer them in a better way instead of just fighting back.
