;p romantic can be translated in many many different ways.. what i thought was very romantic is him getting me my favourite chocolates, getting me my favourite ice cream, seeing him for the first time after years was THE most romantic moment of all. reading my birthday card, him walking me home when its late, one time he knew I was at uni late, so while I was walking out I saw a shadow of a man which scared me, then I realised it was him from his perfume actually, and he walked me home ... i kinda think everything he does is romantic ..

i also think im starting to sound lame and cheesy .. and ive realised i get really excited when people get me sugary snacks ;s especially from him ;s

We had many many romantic moments before we got married (hahaha), but the most romantic moment ever was when/how he proposed, I guess.

When I told my wife I loved her for the first time (before she was my wife, of course). We were sitting on the hood of a car together at night near a lake on a road with no traffic at all, just looking up at the stars. She was leaning against me and her head was on my shoulder.

I said, "I love you."

And she said, "Oh, I love you!

i think if had a dream for the perfect romantic moment it would be me dancing with husband in our wedding i know i know its too cheesy.

I think the most romantic moment happened between my brother and his fiance when he proposed to her on a boat on the moat of a lake at this castle in France and she said yes.................

Most most romantic moment was when I was much much younger, and I had a crush on this guy for months. Finally, he spoke to me. We spent all evening talking, and he walked me home. It started to rain and he took his jacket off, put it on me.. we walked slowly in the rain, hand in hand, up to my house. He stood there.. soaked through. We just looked at each other, wet and smiled.. and then he left.

Without his jacket. :hyper:

I hung it on the back of a chair.. in my room.. and his aftershave from the jacket filled the room that night.

I guess the wedding day.

I was walking on the beach with this special person, that day it was dark, clouds all over the sky, U cant even C the moon clearly...

So while we were walking, I looked @ the sky, trying 2 figure where's the moon... he stoped, looked @ me & held my hand, then said.. U R searching 4 the moon !! The moon is here, just right beside me holding my hand....

then I blushed ...... :shy:

he told his mate 'i'm gonna marry that girl' and at the same time i told marianna (that was my friend's real name) 'i'm gonna marry that guy'.
we girls used to go to this pub after work, to sing a few songs and relax, then go home. he offered to walk me home and didn't even try it on, not even holding my hand or talking anything serious. just walking those ten minutes along the beach to my mum's house. he left malta and we wrote to each other every day. we have the letters still.
we used to work and as soon we had enough for a plane ticket, off we went.

It was a sunny day.. friday afternoon, I was sitting at one of the cafes in town..
She passed by..she had EVERYTHING i imagined! You name it! Looks wise, walk wise, body wise, EVERYTHING!! (I dunno about her personality and character YET)
We exchanged looks, she smiled.. I left! Didn't bother catching her name..
So while I was walking I was hesitant whether or not to go back and initiate a conversation..I was like naah, it's just one of those times..

Before marriage:
- The way he proposed .. ( "My name", would you marry me? ) and then gave me a bunch of roses, and took me for a nice dinner.

Thanking Allah that he gave us another day to spend with each other (he does that every morning the second he wakes up and sees me next to him).

Although I do like grand gestures of love, they don't happen that often. We're not really that kind of couple. I find little things in my daily life to be romantic, like how he never calls me by my name but uses a pet name instead, how he'll always hold my hand when we're in the car, how he'll always serve me food first before he eats, how he opens the door for me, how he won't let me carry anything heavy and will always insist on carrying my luggage for me when we travel, how he'll surprise me with little gifts when I never expect it, how he'll come up to me randomly and wrap his arms around me, etc.

To me, those little actions and gestures say a lot.

I remember I was feeding her a pie and some of the honey dropped from her mouth on my fingers, and I licked it! She gave me that cute look :cute:
Whenever we were in a group gathering or something, there are moments when we look at each other, and smile at the same time, my eyes were saying "I love you" and her eyes replied "I love you too!". Felt like it was just us! :love:

Well, I never experienced something really really romantic, but well one day after an exhausting exam, I entered my apartment only to find exotic wild flowers on my table with a personalized note from someone who was interested. That surprise just made my day because I never expected to be romanced - ever :shy:
