I remember once reading about a surprise party thrown by her friends for the author and philosopher Ayn Rand. When she entered the room and her friends burst out with the call, "Surprise!" she said in loud voice:

"I hate surprises!"

Anyway, what about you? Do you like to be surprised? Or does it make you feel unsettled and like your plans and ideas have been thrown off?

Yah why :D . i LOVE surprises, the good ones I mean

surprises are really good... the loud voice makes people freak-out but at least its fun :p

it depends, for example i've had 2 surprise birthday parties in the past couple of years, and it's a nice gesture and i truly appreciate it. but the attention and the whole: SURPRISE!! is kinda..embarrassing. xD

on the other hand, if i woke up one day and saw a California Ferrari key on my nightstand, that kinda surprise i LOVE! :p

I dont like surprises. I don't like to be kept in suspense even for a second, it just kills me.

Its better to know about something and wait for it then not-knowing when its gona come and waiting desperately and going crazy.

Love them and enjoy them and had a few!
