I think Archuletta will win, simply because he seems to have a larger fan base..plus he actually has a really great voice. I enjoyed Cook more however, especially some of his studio version songs that came out this season.

I haven't watched this season's American Idol. I don't really follow it. Good luck to them both!

I have never watched this show.

I only like watching the clips of Simon ragging on the bad singers and Paula talking incoherent psycho babble.

David cook on the other hand, is great in his own way and style of rock music. They're both excellent singers.

I would have preferred if it was between Sayesha Mercado and David Archuletta but sadly she was voted out yesterday, but I expect her to come out with an amazing album once she gets signed to a recording contract. But I'm pretty sure Archuletta is going to win this..he's just so popular at the moment.

lol..yeah, I was surprised that cook won, but he is a great singer after all and I actually enjoyed his studio version covers much more than archuleta's (which is why I shared his here in the thread). congrats to him and I can't wait to see what this years contestants have up their sleeves for the future. I am especially looking forward to hearing more from Sayesha Mercado, her voice is just amazing.

Cook, Archuleta and Sayesha are the only contestants i've heard, and i liked them. looking forward to what they have to offer.

i was in total shock!! :o i really thought archuletta would win dammit!! uff.. then again, i think Cook is awesome! He definitely has that star quality. I loved his style even though i am not a fan of any kind of rock music.

Even though archuletta didn't win, i still think he'll get a record deal. It's not the end of David Archuletta :hyper:
