Okay guys I got some questions about jobs in this company, I doubt many know about it tho, I scanned their website and I hope one of the members works there to give me a good feedback! Well, here goes:

~ Is it a good company? Does it have a good future for people who work there?
~ For positions such as Airport Operations Manager and Duty Manager, what would be the average salary?
~ Bonus and promotions wise, is it considered one of the companies that have interesting bonuses and promotions, for that certain job at least?
~ Any other comments?

I thank!

salaries r much lower than our neighbours but not bad......
managment wise i dont think that they r good, look at the service standerd in oman air and the airport....lets see what happens after 3 years....when the expansions r expected to finish

well....spirit....in reality....having more airports and alll doesnt mean it will be a big company...if they go on managing the company they way they do + internal problems n politics (groups, wasta etc...) we will have one big useless comapny....

Lightning: I never dealt with them, just the CEO's office xD

Braikz: I called them & they're no good help.....I'll try with another person, they seem to be unorganized. Imagine, their vision & goals aren't complete yet

I guess Oman Air needs a big time Reforms..
How on earth would you send a Flight where you dont get any good return in terms of getting only few passengers..

I was reading today news, Oman Air Ad. for RO 99, Mct - London -Mct
where if they operate Kuala lumpur Route of todays rate they could easily charge RO 300 return tickets..

Now why taking a London route where you dont even get 25% of the seat???

Where you could get 100% full Kuala Lumpur

Hmm KL flights are always 100% full ? But why Oman Air launched Bangkok service instead of KL ?

Oman Air is planning to launch direct flights to KL this year.

I hope they launch flights to Manchester..I'm sick of relying on other airlines and spending hours Transit in airports in the UAE with delays in Dubai ....
