I am running out of some lovey-dovey ideas that I usually do for my husband.. and thought maybe this thread could do me some good when I get your inputs..

The attachment is something I've done once when he came back from work for a nap and I wasn't going to be home.. I drew a heart with rose petals :flower:

Not necessarily a message that he needs to understand. Just sweet cute things to do.. Ever heard of lovey-dovey stuff? They trigger your emotions :cute:

write a message on the milk carton.. or stick a message on the fridge with a fridge magnet..

Write a note, leave it in his pockets, shoes etc.. You can do this all before.. and weeks from now, he'll find the message in for example a trouser pocket..

Put a small box of his favourite chocs under the blanket where he sleeps or in 'his draw'..

There's other saucier things you could do.. but I won't suggest any for you. You know your husband better than anyone of us.. what he's like.. what he likes and what he does.. I mean.. I have this mental imagine of a man at a meeting, opening his briefcase infront of a room of people and a pair of pink frilly nickers hangs from the upper inner edge.

You could make a video for him using something like Movie Maker. Put pictures of him, or both of you together and put a song you both like in the background.

I cant tell you what I would do for a girl but its bit hard for me as a man.
But you can try:

Hmm let me say some thing simple...

+Get a box .. fill it with dry flowers then put a candel in the middle and small tedy bears.
+Chose an orange rose which represents (Admiration) and another red Rose (Love+Passion) and make sure they they are not cut short and cut long ( coz it means more)

+Then wrape them with two single ribbons (not so fancy).
+I will give her the roses and tell her who is she to me.

Other special moments (I'll just focus on the "innocent" ones for now)
You could just call him to say I love you. Dont say anything else, just call him when he'll least expect it, say I love you and Im thinking of you or I just needed to hear your voice cos I miss you so much and hang up.

Foot spa/rubs - most men love them and its something romantic and tender without being overtly sexual.

Take a bubble bath together - set the scene, candles, scented bubbles and you! He'll love it - trust me......

mmmm cant think of any others that fall in the innocent category - when youre ready to get romantic and a lil naughty let me know

there are a couple of other ideas but theyre borderline cheezy - depends on how long youve been married and how cheezy you two are together.

Men need to feel loved, special and they need to know that they make us happy. Men are much easier to please than women - just show him that you love him and that he is the centre of you universe and he'll love you to eternity.

I am a sucker for surprises and things that are totally unexpected. So here are my ideas:

- Prepare a surprise outing. Blind fold him and drive him to a place only for him to see that you prepared a romantic picnic somewhere gorgeous. Most likely to be suitable during winter, since it is hot to do that now. (oh and you will have to convince him to let you do the actual driving..you know how men get about that :p)

- I love surprises, so I loved it when my dad planned for my mom and him to stay at a hotel without her knowledge. She thought they were just going there for lunch and she actually said "oh, how I wish I was going to spend the night here!". My dad then told her that they should tour the rooms to get ideas for when they start building their new house. So when she entered the suite, she saw a suit case with all her necessary clothes packed and a bunch of flowers on the stand. She was surprised to tears :p. So that is another idea!

- Get a huge box beautifully decorated with a ribbon on the top and place it in your bedroom. There should be an envelope on the top, saying that this gift is for him from you. When he opens it up, you jump out of it, perhaps with a costume on (since guys seems to be into that :rolleyes:) lol. Or you should have a cake in your hand, and when he opens it up, smack it on his face :hyper:

- I love puzzles and riddles. You can create one specifically for him and for a certain purpose like to find a gift you prepared for him around the house or in order to find you. The first envelope should hint to the 2nd, then to the 3rd, then to the 4th until he finds it. That should be fun and obviously, the gift has to be worth it ;)

-anyway i have some Ideas show him some dresses online or in a magazine or even a shop and just ask him which one u think is the best, the one he choose buy it LATER for him,, wear it and cook for him his fav dish,, send him a txt msg while hes at work tell him that there is a surprise also tell him to give you a call when hes in front of the door ,when hes back he would call you hide somewhere tell him to come in and he will see the table with with candles and there is his fav music, and tell him loook for me
lol and when he finds you he will see you wearing the dress he liked, then set together tell him that you cooked his fav dish and tried your best.. then set the bubble bath when hes done from his food :P

it's between a legit couple, in their own privacy. i'm sure the old fashioned ladies have a lot of spice in them. maybe that's what's alluring. you never know what's under that abaya when the couple are together and alone.
