Men are hearts, hearts do feel and ache, and when hearts ache they force tears to burst out...

Most strongest men have the most tender heart and near tears... That is true.

Please psycho don't spoil the rosy atmosphere with pointless question. Some people feel happy and cry, some feel sad and cry, others just cry for just the sake of it...

Let them bring it out man, why embarrass their emotions out of shame?

Whatever man. It has nothing to do with shame or embarrassment like you interpreted it. I watched The Notebook a few times and I don't recall any intense scene that would make you cry your eyes out. Yes I know it's a sad romantic movie, but where are you suppose to cry? When they brake up? When they're back together again? At the end when they're lying together? Not really tear jerker scenes to me.

OK .. OK... Oh, anyway I thought to tell the truth, it is hard to speak about something you didn't try. And I am talking about "The Notebook". To be frank, I didn't watch that movie before posting this one.

Let us say that it (The Notebook) didn't come across my way before. So I managed to get the movie and just few minutes ago I finished watching it. Oh well... Where to start? I think tears is a good start as related to this thread. Yes it was a "Tear Best of My Tears!". By far more than what I expected. And sure you will ask me ... Why?

Why? hmmmm I think first of all the movie musical theme was just charming. Music moves my emotions as a river moves a boat, so I was floating with this movie for 120 minutes, that is 7200 seconds of non-stop enjoyment. My eyes enjoyed the nature that much that I hadn't for so quite long. I think gazing at blank walls for long days and nights really does derivate us from our essential assistance. Light and shed, every drop of light was passing by my heart sensors.

Water was a magical surface that held in balance most of the scenes of the movie. The lack is really a wonderful place to live by for sure. As an aqua fan, I really think that emotions do communicate well with the nimble surface of the sparkling lake.

Now talking about the man who happens to be our host narrator, really I wasn't a fan of that man in the past, but really he weight more and more now in my scale of proficiency. The man with his vialed looks really deceived me till half of the movie to think him as a stranger. So close so loving and passionate to the extreme. His hope made me hold my breath for longer than its normal course. His crook eyes turns Angelous while speaking to his wife. Without shedding a drop of tears for most of the movie, I can see that I saw his tears in every word he spoke.

Now to the main point... Where did I cry? I will tell you:

The first of my tears was just about reaching past half of the movie. When they were sitting in the garden and the children came. That point where they told him to just quite trying to bring her back (eli) and when he replied "Look guys...That my sweet heart in there...I am not leaving her...this is my home now...Your mother is my home..." Yes, tears in there started flowing... I can say, that man loves his wife "really" to the limits. His love wasn't really shaking for any reason. She can't recognize him, nor she even know him, but still he...just ... live her.

Then from that point, the intense of the events really didn't give me so much time to wipe what was already went out of my eyes. When she was looking at the sunset and he was looking at her. She said "I have never seen anything so beautiful" and while he looked at her he said "Nether am I"... He just loves her so much.

Then sitting at the dining table, She said after she took a sip of her juice..."So what happened ... In the story, ... which one did she chose?" then the story continues then the narrator says "Then they live happily ever after" and she says "...Who?...Who did?" and a pause ...long pause... Then Tears come flowing from my eyes, yes, she remembered ... at the end of the day, at the end of every day just for a bit of time, that is what he enjoys for that big effort, just a few minutes with his "aware wife".

Then she replies to herself "Oh yes, of course... I remember now...It was us..." then they hug each other, tears tears tears, you just don't know is it your tears or their tears... It just so much emotional...Really very touching.

It continues and she asks him "What happened to me?" and he replies "Nothing you have just went a way for a little while" see that man how much he loves his wife, he just suffers the most painful denial of his most loving person and he says "You have just went a way for a little while". I can't believe how loving that man is ... Tears tears tears....

Now hear the lovely song...

Then she falls back.... she says "Do you remember the story that you read it to me, do you think I can be her tonighte?" Oh! Tears and tears....

Then he cries... Then I couldn't see anything ... tears tears tears...till they lay down hand in hand...Dead in love, in sweet pure love, that doesn't exist or could it be existing somewhere there near the sparking stars.

The final scene when they both said good nighte and he said "I will be seeing you ... then they slept hand in hand and died. That was so much to hold any emotions beyond ... Birds flying their souls ... flying away, the lake ... listen to the wonderful music ... wipe out the tears ... if you can hold your breath anymore ... anymore...

Thanks.

Haroun.
