Do you go to any?
Which have you tried?
Which do you go to regularly?
Which ones would you be interested in checking out?

I only go to one class regularly right now and that's my Pilates class. I've tried out the spinning class, step class, and the abs exercises class. I was never interested enough in them to continue going though. One I wouldn't mind trying out is the kickboxing class, but it always clashes with my schedule.

I've tried aerobics, spinning, kick boxing and body pump. I used to go to aerobics twice a week and body pump 3 times a week regularly, however I became very lazy recently and stopped going to the gym all together. I just started going to the gym again and I'm thinking of going to yoga classes since they just started them at the gym I go to.

Aerobics: made me feel really dizzy with all the jumping and going around my self

Body pump: I prefer the normal weight lifting thingy than the class as I find it very
painful and kind of worries me that I may not be lifting the weights in a right way and may injure my back or something.

Yoga: Very boooooooooooooooooooooring

Spinning: LOVE IT, I feel very satisfied after this class as I feel that I have burned a lot of calories

Pilates: really enjoyed it and found it far more effective than yoga

Step class: again to much jumping makes me dizzy

Body combat: stupid but fun

Kickboxing: never tried it

Martial art: I really want to try this class but never got the chance to

I attend aerobics classes once a week. Fun and effective.
I also do yoga sometimes. It isn't as lively as aerobics, but it's very challenging and relaxing.
I've tried spinnig once, but it isn't for me. It gave me knee and back pains.
I'm interested in trying out fit ball classes and martial arts.

I go to the gym regularily but I don't go when the instructor is there or special classes are taking classes. I exercise on my own and I like it that way.
