Do you crack your knuckles regularly?

I know some people can't stand the sound of it..

i don't. i think it's bad manners. and i hate the sound of other people doing it.
once i heard that cracking knuckles brings on arthritis....

I do sometimes, i know its a bad habit. I don't just crack my knuckles, i crack my wrist on my right hand too.

i love doing it .. dunno y though

I cannot maybe because I have small hands. Heard if you do this it speeds up the arthritic process.

i dont crack them the way most people do, i just stretch them, and they crack :angel:

my brother snaps EVERY POSSIBLE BONE in his body..even the bone in the ears ad nose! :mmhmm: i have no idea HOW he does it but it's sick and i can't stand the sound of it.

i RARELY snap my knuckles. rarely. i snap my spine though:rolleyes:

I crack them whenever I get the chance, it amazes me :D

i crack em when theyre stiff but hardly OR to just piss off some of my friends :p

i used to do that everyday, some of my sisters hate the sound of it. but i just couldn't help it. i don't crack them as much anymore for some reason. once a week maybe, if i remembered or felt like they need cracking. lol

But I also tend to forget about them if I'm kept busy or around people, it happens more often when I'm walking or sitting somewhere alone.
