Why Always We See that Some of the Companie's when they declare jobs in the local newspapers they did not put on mentioned their field or company addresses? and Titles?

Well, because they are in the business of homeland security which includes spying and all. Will make no sense for FBI to put an ad in newspaper tomorrow saying "Vacancy: Spy needed for middle east region" :p

other than companies dont show their addresses because people will start rushing to the company to apply for jobs and the HR department turns to application handling department.
when they say send your CV then that means send your CV online...

but anyways if you want to knwo the name of the company, dial 1318 with the information in the newspaper (P.O.Box#, Fax# etc) and ask them the company name, they will give you out...

To open a wider ground to more applicants,
but a stronger reasom why companies keep it private is to give a chance to the good emploees in the competing companies to move with them especially when they target people with experience

The major reason is that they dont want to be bombarded with applications. However, I dont think it is the best practice to do so .. when a company places its add and name, its attracting the best workforce .. when they hide the name, the best people might not be intrested in applying for an anynmous organization!

since most of you give the right reasons, I think the other reason is the HR solutions companies which get a contract, as a vendor, to do HR solutions for new vacancies that a company, as a client, would like to occoupy them. the vendor here will start to announce for those new vacancies under its name and address without a mention to the client name. However, sometimes the client requests to mention its name if it is a well-known company to attract the best. Nowadays, HR solutions is a big business done in Oman.

More, some companies not well-known in the market or they are known by their low features. Such companies will not mention their names because they will get the low qualified people. So, instead, they will s
