Among many disgusting habits I see on the streets, I can't take it when a man rolls down the window or opens the car's door to spit!

That just drives me crazy and I feel like I caught some of his jerms :yuk:

Other habits include burping like no one's around you or picking your nose! But nothing beats the spitting, that's just so disgusting!

What kind of disgusting habits do you see in your society and which is the worst thing you've ever seen?

but ya the spitting pisses me off so much, why do they have to do it? I don't get it!

The spitting thing is everywhere in the world, and I think all bad habits are everywhere not just in one society:
I hate so many habits like:
-stairing at people in the next car at the trafic lights or when overtaking
-ciggerate butts all over the place

chewing gum on the sidewalks is one of my pet hate.

^ yeah i hate that .. and sometimes it gets stuck underneath my shoes because i hadn't noticed it at first, that annoys me soo much!!

oh and worse than chewing gum is dog turds on the sidewalk. some people with dogs don't carry a poop scoop/plastic bag with them and let their dogs use the sidewalks as toilets, even though it's illegal and they can get a hefty fine if caught!

Where I live if you get caught not picking up your dog's crap you get fined. I usually see people carrying those plastic thingies.

I don't like to get whistled at when I am on the street. I think is very disrespectful.

I also hate hearing foul language in public.

I am glad I don't see this regularily. I think it happened once or twice only.

Spitting...but you know which kind? The one with the yellow mucus mixed with the saliva is the most disgusting!

Haha, no they make this sound: "Khaaaa", that noise from the insides of their throat and then spit it out. It's yellow!

But all these things comes from your body, so no big deal.

Actually in Europe, Singapore, South Africa and some other countries its ILLEGAL to spit in public places. You can be fined or even arrested. And no Ice, not everything that comes out of your body is good. YUk! Big slimy lurgies are not healthy, they spread disease and they irritate me to death. My abayas tend to be very long and I always have to watch for slime balls when walking down the street. Its DISGUSTING! And theres no need for it. Ive even seen women do it!:yuk::yuk:

People taking up one seat and part of another on a train or bus and pretending that they don't see other people who might want to sit down. Especially when they are men and ladies are standing...

i guess when you have the urge to poo or wee in the street, you do it! hey it's all from the body.

Spitting or releasing any bodily fluids in public is plain ghetto and uneducated. Go to the bathroom and take care of that or have tissues handy. They are sold for a reason.

When I was stationed in S. Korea and we would travel through villages to get to the field I would see some of the elderly go to a discreet corner (like the side of a building) and take a whiz or they would hold onto one side of their nose and expell their mucus. I was like ugh....contamination, germs, just yuck.

This is the way I look at such behavior: God gave you a brain, you are higher than the common animals for a reason. Public bathroom use like this or expelling bodily fluids is as if you are no better than a dog, cat or whatever animal is out there. Have some intelligence, pride whatever and take care of those intimate urges in private.

A lot of habit tick me off, but what I can't stand the most is when someone burps in public.. Specifically at the movies :yuk:

Once I was sitting somewhere and a man came to shake hands with us, right before he does that he was picking his nose :bored:

Or farting. Then you smell it. Makes me want to gag.

We had a guy on my team who everyone knew picked his nose and I mean digging into his orfices like it was some kind of secret pleasure. I was always afraid to have him take a look at a case I was working on---afraid that one of his slimy bugers made its way to my record. YAK!

- staring
- picking nose
- couples who become intimate in front of the whole world! (We know you are in love... GET A ROOM!)
- people who brag and brag like they are the best and there is no one better then them
- people who pick on the weak thinking that is good

I agree, I hate it when people spit. What the hell is wrong with them? Did their Mamas not teach them manners?

In the mens' bathroom, there is always some guy who hocks up something nasty before he relieves himself. Like nails on a chalkboard.

And I have seen women do it, especially old ladies in Chinatown. So repulsive.

And I went jogging the other day, and I was going one direction around the track and this nice looking girl was coming the other direction and about 20 ' in front of me, she turns her head to the side and spits. :yuk:

I was so disgusted.

was in a park close by sitting down on a bench eating some lebanese pastry and this old chinese guy came hocking one metre away from me. calling him 'dirty f%*&er' didn't work much either....he kept on until i had to move away.

That and throwing their crap out the car window like the planet is a garbage can.

Also in the restroom area when some people spend long time discussing school/business/home topics at the basin, while the other guy in the restroom needs a few seconds to discharge his funny noise.

Keeping mouth open when chewing food…it’s so annoying

How would you feel if you wanted some quiet time and someone puts the music on FULL VOLUME?

Talking about max volumn I just came into work at 6am and this person was in his car speakers blaring...you can tell they are good quality however that kind of clubbing music is not what these ears wish to hear so early in the day.

One thing I cannot stand is if I am at a restaurant and am being stared at like a piece of meat. That sets me off and I will stare right back.

Well, here in the UK almost everyone is a smoker. I hate cigarettes so much, the smell is disgusting. You can't have fresh air here, it has to be polluted with smoke .. or their bad breath.

my uncle told us what he witnessed yesterday...

he was in a ministry or a public place, and the place was crowded, but v quite...

then came this man, didnt find a seat, n decided to sit on the floor (there wasnt a carpet, just some old dusty floor), and began to scratch his messed up beard...

like that wasnt enough to attract everyone's attention, he took out his phone, n began to play games with loud annoying sounds!!!

The only time I sat on the floor in a public place was at the airport when my plane was delayed at O'Hare however I did that because others were doing it also. I take it the old man in the story described above was doing additional vulgar things in public. YAK!

yah it's the whole combo, not just the floor...

and the floor there wasnt as clean as airports/hospital floors, it was a dusty, shitty floor, the type that will dirt ur clothes in a bad way...
