There was a fire in Ruwi on friday near Al Mansoor Cinema. No injuries or fatalities. Fire caused in a Electrician garage infront of the rear exit of Cinema Ruwi

here we go again....... Perhaps theres some loony arsenist running around Dubai and now hes come to Oman for a lil holiday?:p Its probably just that time of year, where ppl are starting to switch on their a/c's and bad wiring is causing these fires. May Allah protect us all from the fire.

That's a bad place to have these electrician places, they should move to Wadi Kabir so these kind of incidents happen less. God bless us all!

I saw this smoke on Friday, good thing no one was hurt :)

Thankfully there were no injuries despite the financial losses.

If a society is not used to so many fires it will seem kind of weird. We get them all the time in St. Louis. Sometimes Arson, other times could be someone went to sleep with a lit cigarrette, other times electrical. Hopefully the fire investigation team will figure out what happened in Ruwi.
