If you didn't know, the TRA(Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) time back issued a new statement for not selling mobile numbers, for transferring numbers from one person to another can be through family members only!

Not to turn this topic into something else. But, to make it clear about selling mobile numbers. The numbers issued by the operators belong to the operator itself, you use their services. But, you don't own the number. So the TRA has all the right to organize this, as its the authority responsible.

These are not my words, the statement came out & been published in the local newspapers.

I think the most you can pay for a number like that is 140 r.o

but maybe I don't know..
But I saw some good numbers beginning with 40 r.o and 80 r.o..
Think lower and you have to take the person to the service provider to change from your ID to the buyers ID.

its expensive cuz it is a valuable unique number, and some people pays fortune
to get valuable stuff.

With Oman Mobile, this combination is classified as Gold where you pay R.O. 75.

I guess this is a Nawras number, so no sure of their prices for this combination, though they got the same prices for the classifications as Oman Mobile.

I dunno why people buy numbers. The number will be replaced by a name when itz saved so why should it be good digits?
