When you watch romantic movies, do you enjoy happy endings or sad endings?

I enjoy sad endings, for some reason! I enjoy the drama in a movie.. I simply love it!

What about you?

I love romantic movies. Here are some of mine:

1. The Notebook (GOD this one made me cry and still does)!
2. The Story of Us (Stars Bruce Willis and Michelle Pfiffer).
3. When Harry Met Sally
4. Gone With The Wind (a classic)

Can't think of any others right now. I have over 200 movies at home and some are romance and others are of a different genre.

I love romantic movies. I prefer happy endings. They make me smile.

I love them both, sad endings make me dwell on for a while, that happened with The Notebook.

Sad endings all the way...just makes the movie all more meaningful and makes you realize that life is short and one must make the most of it with the one he/she loves the most.

Somewhere in time is my all time favorite movie and it falls under the 'Drama/Romance' category.

Yuck!!..i hate romantic movies to the fullest and if i happen to watch one i'd like both of them to die at the end :D

You liked Omar and Salma :hmm: .. I don't hate romance movies but i like the logical ones not the semi-porn ones like those new ones. My favourite romance movie was ' Far and away' :love:

hmm..it depends really.
but mostly, i like sad endings..makes the movie a lot more touching and well, unforgettable.

I've never watched 'The Notebook' until a couple of days ago.
when everyone is so into something it usually puts me off checking it out for quite a while, lol i don't know why.
anyways, i watched it 3 times so far..it's just so amazing. is that a sad ending though? :think:

If the sad ending is really good then id like the ending in a movie but if the ending is good thnxx thats even better:D

I can't stand sad endings, they screw my mood up. I love romantic movies though =p
